we understand that security is a high priority for all our pet owners. The measures we have put in place will ensure the protection of your pet and your property.

OUR STAFF

• Police checks are carried out on all staff
• All staff can supply references if required
• All staff have extensive pet care and animal handling experience.
  

YOUR PET

• All animals will wear a DOG WALKS PLUS tag when in our care.
• Initial dog walks will be done on a lead until assessment is made.
• Transport will be in a ventilated van using dog guards and cages if requested.
• Emergency contacts for pet owner and vet carried by staff at all times.

YOUR PROPERTY

• Animal transport vehicles clearly marked with name and number of DOG WALKS PLUS.
• House keys and alarm codes kept in secure location.
• All details of animals and property are kept confidential.
• All transaction kept confidential.
